When using foresight to install application, then user can sign in and add their device details in device option which we will be able to view on device. We can click on the device and the application will get installed on that particular device.
Option 1: Using the invite code via voice command :
The technician who is present on site can join the Plutomen Connect application via the invite code shared by the expert who is using the application on the desktop. Once the code is shared to the technician, he can use the in-built microphone present on the Realwear headset and can dictate the code to join the call easily.
Option 2: Scan the invite code in QR format :
Another way to join the call is by scanning the QR code. When the expert shares the invite code to the technician, he’ll have to open the ‘RealWear Companion’ application on the smartphone device and follow the steps mentioned below
Share view in real-time : The technician will be able to show what he is currently viewing in front of him to the expert in real time. This will help to get proper guidance from the expert as he will be able to pinpoint the correct place to resolve the issue instantly.
View the AR-based drawing and annotation illustrated by expert: This feature will only be used from the expert’s end who will be using the application from the desktop. The expert will be able to use various annotations and different colors for drawing to give guidance to the technician. To highlight a certain part, the expert can select from the available color options and draw according to his preferences and needs.
Mute/Unmute : The technician will be able to mute and unmute himself during the on-going call. This option is available from both the end.
Freeze/Unfreeze mode : The Freeze mode function can be utilised if a technician has to keep the device at a specific spot for a lengthy time or wants to check a specific area while maintaining stability. Both the sender and receiver have the ability to freeze and unfreeze their screens. The annotations and drawings would be wiped when the screen is in the unfreeze mode.
