User

The User section in the dashboard helps you assign different roles to your users. There are 4 different kinds of roles you can assign to your users, it includes:

  1. Mentor – Also known as the super manager or the admin of the application. He/ She has access to all the application data and needs to manage checklists, machines, projects, informative libraries, and view reports. However, their leading superpower is they can create users with different roles and permissions.
  2. SJO Manager- Also known as the project manager is responsible for the project assigned to him/her. They can view all the information about their entire project and schedule tasks for the users specified in it.
  3. Management User – The user can view all the details throughout the dashboard but cannot make edits. However, they are not restricted to seeing the information of only one project. They have the viewership rights of all the sections and subsections in the admin dashboard.
  4. Application User – The application user has access to your dashboard. Unlike management users and mentors, they do not have access to all the parts of the dashboard. Their horizon is restricted to viewing all the machines, checklists, projects, and machines that are in line with their assigned projects.

Every user in your Admin Dashboard must have a Role and a Department. If they don’t have one, you cannot see their details in the user section. All the users working on your dashboard will have an assigned role, department, and position.
