As a User, your home screen will consist of all the information related to the projects, checklists, machines, reports, and libraries assigned to the user for their inspection.

This is what your dashboard looks like:

On the top part, you will see all the Projects, Machines, Reports, Libraries, and Checklists assigned to you by SJO Manager.

The section below it refers to the Reports. It includes the reports that are either completed or ongoing.

On the right-hand side of Reports, you can see the history of all the projects assigned to you over time.

The left-hand corner of your dashboard provides you with all the other features of your dashboard like Projects, Machines, Checklists, Groups, Schedule, Reports, and Libraries.

Projects

The Projects section will give you an overview of all the assigned projects. It will include vital information about the projects like the Name of Customer, Project Number, and Place.

To find the details about your project:

• Step 1: Click on the Name of the Customer.
• Step 2: A screen will appear in front of you, with all the information about the Machines that will be used in the project. It will include details regarding: Name of the Machine, Model, Project, Machine Type, SJO Number, Checklist, and Library.
• Step 3: To search for a particular Machine in your Project, type the name of the machine in the Search bar and click on the search icon. It will show you all the results related to it.
• Step 4: To filter out a search, fill in the name of the Machine in the search bar, and click on the Filter icon. After choosing Machine Type, click on Apply.
